Can not make reflection.

I m Hugo, from HK. Recently, I buy the license to apply Sketchup. I have not any pratice on Light-up. I can not make the reflection on glass or floor or Mirror. Can anybody teach me step by step of the setting Or any capture picture to show me please. I have a urgent project. Thankyou everyone.
