Hi Adam, I did everything you mentioned and there is no hidden lightup anywhere on my laptop. Would you suggest uninstalling sketchup completely and then installing it again? Perhaps that might work?AdamB wrote:On Macintosh there are 2 locations:
MacintoshHD:/Library/Application Support/Sketchup 2016/SketchUp/Plugins
And also a hidden folder which you can reveal by opening Finder and typing: Shift+Apple+G
and typing: ~/Library
and then navigating to Application Support/Sketchup 2016/SketchUp/Plugins

For Macintosh, we posted a Uninstaller on the forum you can run which should wholly remove ALL versions of LightUp.

Can you open the Ruby console (menu Window->Ruby Console) and type:
$:
which will show all the places your Sketchup is searching for Extensions.

Hey Adam, great news. I went ahead and did what you suggested but still couldn't find the lightup file. I saved my model to a usb and went ahead and COMPLETELY uninstalled sketchup. I then redownloaded it and redownloaded my retail.rbz file. It worked without hitch! Thanks for all the help.AdamB wrote:Can you open the Ruby console (menu Window->Ruby Console) and type:
